Property Owners' Association Sues Town of Riverhead for Equal Rights to Roadway Maintenance & Repairs Pursuant to NY State Law
In a major victory, Mr. Antwork won summary judgment against the Town of Riverhead, its Town Board and the Highway Superintendent declaring that the 12 roads in his client's association were public and are required to be maintained by the Town.
This was a hard-fought legal battle spanning six-plus years with three different related court actions.

Muslim Child Sues School District for $25 Million After Being Forced to Confess Allegience to ISIS
Mr. Antwork represents twelve-year-old Nashwan Uppal and his mother in a Federal Civil Rights action against the East Islip School District, the principal and assistant principal who forced and coerced Nashwan, a Pakistani child of Islamic faith with a known social, language and learning disability, to falsely confess, under extreme duress, to a terrorist act and crimes which he did not commit, and that he was a member of ISIS, a vile, abhorrent and infamous terrorist organization.
